About the roles
City of Glasgow College is seeking two inspiring strategic leaders to help realise their Board’s purpose to Let Learning Flourish through Inspiration, Excellence, and Innovation. Both roles report directly to the Principal and you will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and the Senior Management Team
Vice Principal of Student Experience
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead a world-class learning and teaching environment, driving transformational change both inside and outside the classroom. As a key partner to the Principal, you will foster a distinctive culture and reputation, champion the student experience, and deliver ambitious performance and quality outcomes. With a focus on agility, innovation, and impact, you will ensure the College continues to thrive in response to regional and national priorities.
About you
The successful candidate will be an inspirational strategic leader with a relevant degree or professional qualification, significant senior management experience in curriculum and student services, a strong track record in performance management and budget delivery, and the ability to drive innovation, lead high-performing teams, and champion student success in a diverse educational environment.
