Today, New Pig Europe continues to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions across the region.
The Role
As Product Manager, you will take full commercial ownership of assigned product categories, shaping category strategy, driving innovation, and delivering profitable growth across New Pig Europe.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and leading category strategy, roadmaps and full product lifecycle management.
- Building and managing long-term commercial plans covering growth, margin and innovation.
- Creating and maintaining category dashboards, monitoring volume, mix and margin performance.
- Owning the end-to-end product pipeline from ideation through launch and post-launch review.
- Sourcing new products, evaluating suppliers and managing vendor relationships to drive cost, quality and lead-time improvements.
- Ensuring product launches are delivered on time, with strong ROI and cross-functional alignment.
- Acting as the key product contact for stakeholders across Europe and the US.
- Working closely with Sales on pricing, forecasting, training and customer support.
- Partnering with Marketing to deliver compelling campaigns, messaging and content.
- Monitoring competitor activity and identifying new categories and product opportunities.
About You
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded Product Manager with a strong track record of driving category performance and product profitability within complex, cross-functional environments.
You are comfortable taking ownership and operating with a high degree of autonomy, bringing energy, tenacity and resilience to everything you do. You are confident in your judgement, able to challenge constructively, and capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels across the business, both internal and external.
You will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in Product Management, Category Management or Product Sourcing, ideally within B2B, industrial, safety, environmental or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to balance product detail with business value.
- Proven experience influencing P&L and delivering profitable growth.
- High analytical capability, with confidence in forecasting, pricing and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge, influence and drive outcomes.
- Degree-level qualification preferred.
- Knowledge of Asana or similar project management tools is advantageous.
You are curious, customer-focused and action-oriented, comfortable moving between hands-on detail and high-level strategy, and passionate about bringing products and ideas to life.
