Senior Corporate Services Support Manager

Location: Glasgow, with flexibility

Salary:  circa £42,000

 

We present an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Senior Management Team. As we implement our COVID Recovery Roadmap and deploy our 2021-2026 Strategic Plan, we seek a Senior Corporate Services support professional aligned with our ambition, who is passionate about our goals and capable of supporting the Executive Team (ET) on the delivery of our strategic plans and objectives.  Reporting to the Chair and CEO, the Senior Corporate Services Support Manager will, under general direction, plan, coordinate and perform the duties of executive support to the Board, Committees and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Key Objectives:

The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to the Board of Trustees, Committees and ET aroundgood governance protocols, and codes of practice associated with the sector and governance frameworks within which the Board and ET members executeduties. The role also includes support with the compilation and maintenance of timetabled Board and Committee agendas, as well as administrativeassistance, diary management, stakeholder engagement coordination, report planning and scheduling, official minute taking, collation of executive reporting data and progress reports.

The successful candidate will operate at senior management level with the ability to work to deadlines, manage a variety of tasks simultaneously and use initiative in supporting the CEO and Chair with diary planning and other obligations.  The ideal candidate will have a track record in executive and governance administrative support and bring knowledge of governance frameworks applicable to the third sector including, Companies House, OSCR, Care Standards, Third Sector Codes of Governance and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
