About You

You will bring prior experience in a recruitment role, with researcher experience considered a strong advantage. You are a confident communicator who thrives on engaging with senior professionals and building lasting candidate relationships. With a candidate-first mindset, you excel in delivering a high-quality experience while remaining comfortable in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

You are highly organised, able to manage multiple live processes, and take ownership of your work by planning, prioritising, and meeting the needs of clients and colleagues.

You are resilient and tenacious, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence, question, and listen effectively. You are also innovative, with excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a customer-focused approach. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You will also have experience using networking platforms such as LinkedIn to identify and engage talent.
