Aspen People Ltd is a specialist sector executive search organisation, working in partnership with clients to attract and secure exceptional leadership talent. We source high quality candidates for Board level, leadership, and management roles on a permanent and interim basis. Our six specialist sectors include Third Sector / Not for Profit, Higher Education & Further Education, Scottish Government, Local Government, Housing, and Health & Social Care. With a proven track record of success, we bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to each client partnership.

We are experiencing growth across the business, and we now wish to add a Recruitment Researcher to our consultancy team, who will work alongside our Consultants identifying suitable candidates to fulfil senior appointments across the sectors, on both permanent and interim basis. Our approach is built on honesty and full transparency, as we take the time to understand our clients' specific challenges and the unique cultures within their organisations. Importantly, this position does not entail cold calling or sales pitches, as we prioritise building genuine relationships with both clients and candidates.

Alongside our rigorous selection process and carefully maintained network of candidates, these factors furnish us with a competitive advantage and enable us to source the right candidates, for the right roles, at the right time.

In the role, you'll be part of delving into client briefs to grasp their unique recruitment requirements, utilising market mapping and search strategies to pinpoint the finest talent. Acting as a primary support for candidates, you'll guide them through the recruitment journey, ensuring a seamless experience. Your contributions will be instrumental in selecting candidates for vital roles that truly impact Scotland and beyond.

We operate a hybrid working model, with a mix of home and office working, however initially it will be crucial to spend time working alongside our small team in Glasgow to get under the skin of our business and values and understand what sets Aspen People apart in our industry.

You may have some experience within the recruitment sector or wish to develop a career within a values led recruitment business. Above all, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and display an intellectual capacity to thrive and grow within our team. You will have a confident and outgoing approach and have the ability and curiosity to communicate with senior executives on a daily basis.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a market leading, values led, organisation that values and fosters a collaborative work environment and where we value our people and offer ample room for personal and professional development. Full training will be provided as part of the role.
