Our client is a leading property and land services group in Cumbria. With over 140 years of successful trading history they provide a broad range of services based on an innovative approach that keeps them ahead of the field.
With growth in the Land Agency team and the opening of a new office in Carlisle our client needs to appoint an experienced professional and ambitious Land Agent. The preferred candidate will have 3-5years experience as a MRICS qualified Rural Surveyor. FAAV qualification is desirable but not essential as is having some local knowledge.
The business provides a wide range of services as well as Land Agency, these include their successful Estate Agency business, including Survey and Valuation, Sale Room, Lettings, Planning and Development
The Directors have a real ambition to grow the Land Agency Department through the Company’s reputation and enviable network of offices serving Cumbria.
