Glasgow School of Art are delighted to be recruiting two new HR Business Partners to join the Human Resources team. 
 
The HR Business Partners will work with Schools and Departments throughout the Glasgow School of Art to develop innovative, best practice HR solutions to deliver the People Strategy, meet the institution’s objectives and to support high performance.  This will include:
 
  • Building organisational and people capability aligned to strategic ambitions and a positive employee experience
  • Developing a workforce planning approach across Schools/ Departments to ensure fit for future purpose
  • Using business and data insights to drive positive change in performance and people management activities
  • Enabling organisational change through the provision of robust and trusted advice on people implications
 
CIPD qualified, the ideal candidates will have experience of working as an HR Business Partner and have a working knowledge of organisational design and development, workforce planning, change management, employee experience, reward and recognition.  You will bring excellent influencing skills and be confident in making the HR business case to enable change. You will have demonstrable experience of CPD as well as an up to date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.  Experience of working within Higher Education would be desirable as would project management experience.
