The Governance and Executive Support Manager is a key role supporting the secretariat support function, Principal diaries and leading the direction of the administrative staff under them. Duties include meeting minutes and policy updates as well as leading on governance procedures for the college. They will work closely with the independent Governance Professional and the wider college Board to support them and ensuring the ‘Code of Good Governance’ compliance where necessary.
 
This role is ideal for a candidate with experience of governance support and administrative procedures. They will have an understanding of policies and processes and be able to manage administrative services in a similar sized organisation. You will have produced agendas and be able to perform secretariat duties to a high standard. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to work across a business, under pressure and independently by managing multiple stakeholders.
