We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic General Manager, who has the creativity, experience, skills, energy and commitment to lead, drive forward and play a central role in the development, leadership and delivery of Mental Health and Learning Disability Services in NHS Tayside.

The postholder will direct a motivated and skilled workforce, actively promoting the co-design and co-production of new services and ways of working together with mental health service users, their families, carers, staff and partner agencies in order to improve the lives of people requiring mental health and learning disability support. As the General Manager, you will be dynamic, enthusiastic and approachable.

Most importantly, the post holder will be expected to ensure services are delivered to a high standard, making the best use of available resources to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

You will be educated to Masters Level or equivalent.  A demonstrable track record of success in a senior manager position within a complex health care environment is essential.
