Finance Officer (Full Time or Part Time)
21 – 35 hrs/week (Flexible)
£36,860 – £40,475 per annum
EVH Grade 7
 
Muirhouse Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord that provides 570 homes to tenants in the North of Edinburgh. MHA aim to deliver quality, affordable homes and services for the local community. Their vision includes strengthening engagement and partnerships to enrich the community and safeguard their environment. MHA are an outward facing organisation, who value close relationships with other Housing Associations and the local city council.
 
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day delivery of the finance function for the organisation. They will ensure successful the management of all organisational finances and will play a key role in ensuring high quality support is provided to customers and stakeholders. The Finance Officer will work closely alongside the Corporate Services Manager to be a key figure in helping the organisation achieve strategic objectives related to finance. The role is available on a full-time or on a part-time basis to suit the candidate.
 
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a role delivering finance services. A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential where there is equivalent experience. Direct RSL experience is not essential although transferability to the sector must be demonstrated in application. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and comfortable working in a small team to deliver big outcomes.
