Salary £54,000 per annum
We're looking for a team leader with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to join our busy Finance Team. You’ll need the ability to work under pressure, often to tight deadlines, whilst managing a finance team of six.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the post holder is responsible for ensuring HIAL’s finances are managed efficiently and in line with the required accounting standards and company procedures. As a qualified accountant you will also bring relevant experience to the role. To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills and enjoy contributing to a professional working environment. You will take ownership of this role and be enthusiastic about motivating your team and creating a pleasant working environment for them.
