The new Director of IT and Digital will lead Aberlour’s digital transformation and strategic IT direction, ensuring the organisation remains secure, agile, and data driven. Shape and deliver a forward-looking IT and Digital Strategy, embedding enterprise architecture principles, and enabling innovation through cloud-first services, cyber resilience, and data intelligence.

The principal accountabilities of the Director of IT and Digital are:

  • Strategic Leadership & Enterprise Architecture
  • Cloud Services & Infrastructure
  • Cyber Security & Risk Management
  • Records Management & Information Governance
  • Data Strategy & Insights
  • Digital Programme Delivery
  • Leadership, Mentoring & Succession Planning
  • Policy Development & Emerging Technologies
  • Operational Responsibilities

The Director of IT and Digital will advise and support the Chief Executive, Board, and Senior Leadership Team on IT and Digital matters. Collaborate with external suppliers, developers, and consultants to deliver strategic outcomes. Build effective partnerships across the organisation and with external agencies.
