Salary – £63,987 per annum (under review/more may be available for an exceptional candidate)

We are now seeking to recruit a Director of Engineering, Science, Technology & Built Environment to join our team.  The role will have responsibility for the strategic leadership and development of an inclusive, high quality and innovative curriculum portfolio for the Faculty and for the wider College working with other senior colleagues. In addition, the role will further develop our extensive links to industry and commercial activity for the Faculty. 
 
You will provide vision, leadership, inspiration and motivation to specialist teams, that will ensure optimal performance and student success through efficient and effective resourcing, delivery, guidance and support.  The role will also have responsibility for leading, influencing and fostering strategic collaboration in support of positive internal and external stakeholder engagement at all levels to ensure sustainability and growth across the Faculty portfolio.
 
Degree qualified, the successful candidate will have a track record of sustained academic leadership, proven experience of innovation and development of successful methodologies in support of learning.  You will have comprehensive management experience in quality assurance processes and national quality standards whilst possessing excellent knowledge and understanding of key industry sectors related to the Faculty.
