Digital Learning Designer
Hybrid | 6-month Fixed Term Contract
Starting Salary: £35,000 (pro-rata for length of service)
We’re looking for a creative and skilled Digital Learning Designer to develop engaging, high-quality digital learning content for staff and volunteers.
Working with internal teams and subject matter experts, you’ll design and deliver a range of blended learning solutions, including e-learning modules, interactive content, and multimedia resources, ensuring all outputs are accessible, impactful, and aligned with best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging digital learning content (e-learning, microlearning, multimedia)
- Apply instructional design principles to create effective, learner-centred experiences
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate content into interactive formats
- Ensure accessibility, quality, and brand consistency across all materials
- Support improvements to digital learning platforms and content libraries
About You
- Experience in digital or instructional design
- Strong skills in tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of learning theory and e-learning best practice
- Confident working with LMS platforms and digital content standards
- Creative, organised, and able to deliver to deadlines
