Salary: £81,150

We’re an academic partner of the University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI) and an assigned college of the Highlands & Islands FE Region. That means we’re an integral part of the broad collective which provides a tertiary offer of Further and Higher Education across the Highlands & Islands and beyond.
We are now seeking a new Deputy Principal who will provide strategic leadership of the Learner Journey at Moray College UHI through our curriculum offering. You will lead our Senior Curriculum Team and direct the development of our provision and its delivery, making sure that we are aligned with the wider university partnership in providing an effective and efficient service regionally.
A strategic thinker with strong operational capabilities, and excellent attention to detail, you will already have a well-developed understanding of academic provision and delivery, and how it can best benefit our communities. An understanding of the funding and quality assurance systems within the Scottish tertiary system is highly desirable.
You will build strong collaborative relationships internally and externally and will display resilience and good humour in this fast-changing and challenging environment.
