We are seeking a highly strategic leader with a strong background in finance to join our Executive and Senior Leadership Team. The role includes Deputising for the CEO and leading our Finance and Corporate Services Team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a community focused housing association looking to make a huge impact across rural Stirling.

The appointed candidate will have strong strategic and forecasting skills to ensure effective financial planning is in place for the continued delivery of high-quality services and community investment. They will further ensure compliance with the Scottish Housing Regulator Standards of Governance and Financial Management and the meet our long-term ambitions and obligations. Efficiency and budgetary control will be key to the successful operation of this role.

Our new Deputy CEO / Director of Finance and Corporate Services will have minimum 5 years of senior finance experience; you are not required to have worked within an RSL previously but must evidence transferability within the application. You also will have a background in implementing financial and business strategy and delivering results within a defined strategic framework. Alongside this, it would be highly beneficial to possess leadership and people management skills and experience as the role involves deputising for the CEO and managing a small team. You must be an excellent communicator; you should be approachable to your team and be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. This includes presenting relevant financial information to the CEO and our Board. You will also have the ability to build strong working relationships with our key stakeholders and partners. Above all you will share our vision and values and be passionate about protecting and investing in our existing homes, building new affordable homes to grow and help sustain our communities and putting the customer at the heart of everything that we do.
