Williamsburgh Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord who owns and manages over 1600 homes for affordable rent within Renfrewshire. The Association was established in 1979 and has grown from strength to strength. Williamsburgh also provides factoring services to around 600 private owners and is actively developing new homes and regenerating several communities across Renfrewshire.

The Association has a team of 42 staff who are committed to delivering high quality services for their customers and communities, always working towards their organisational aim which is to provide a decent home for all who wish to live in their communities and to maintain and manage their properties to the highest standard possible.

Williamsburgh continues to outperform the national average for tenants satisfied with overall service provided by their landlord and 99.9% of their properties meet the Scottish Housing Quality Standard.

The management committee are now looking to appoint a new Chief Executive who can lead the staff teams to deliver on key business objectives whilst seeking out improvements and new opportunities for the organisation.

The ideal candidate will embrace the community focussed approach and have a passion for delivering positive impact for customers. The new CEO will collaborate with external and internal partners and capitalise on any possible opportunities for the Association. The new leader will empower and support staff to deliver the best possible service for the communities that WHA serves.

Experience within the RSL sector is not a pre-requisite for applicants.
