We are looking to recruit a Business Manager to assist the delivery of recruitment campaigns in the public and third sectors.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Co-ordinate and manage of key stages in a recruitment process, ensuring that both Consultants and clients are up to date.
- Liaising with clients and candidates; arranging interviews, meetings etc.
- Use of the company database to collate accurate and current records of client and candidate communication.
- Support business development and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with Directors on business operations.
- Support smooth running of the office.
Candidates should be personable and proactive, with the ability to prioritise and deliver at pace. You will have good communication skills on the phone and in person, and also have a high level of written accuracy. Ideally you will be a self-starter working under your own initiative. Candidates are likely to have previous experience as Office Manager, Recruitment administrator, PA or Executive assistant.
