This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of extension or a permanent role, subject to business needs.

We are looking to recruit a Business Administrator to assist our team in the day-to-day administration of our recruitment campaigns.

 

The key responsibilities of the role include:

 

  • Admin support for key stages in a recruitment process, ensuring that both Consultants and clients are up to date.
  • Liaising with clients and candidates; arranging interviews, meetings etc.
  • Use of the company database to collate accurate and current records of client and candidate communication.
  • Preparation of assignment documents to a high standard.

 

Candidates should be personable and proactive, with the ability to prioritise and deliver at pace. You will have good communication skills on the phone and in person, and also have a high level of written accuracy. Candidates are likely to have previous experience as an Administrator, Project co-ordinator, PA or Executive assistant.
