We are actively searching for candidates who possess a wealth of experience in crafting compelling proposals for both Public and Private Sector bids, demonstrating a deep understanding of the nuances and requirements of each domain. In addition to this, we value individuals with outstanding persuasive writing abilities, capable of articulating our company's strengths and value proposition with clarity and impact. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are essential, ensuring effective collaboration and presentation of ideas. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is a must, as is the ability to organize tasks efficiently and work autonomously, exhibiting a high level of self-motivation and initiative. Experience in the utilities sector is advantageous but not essential. Candidates should have exposure to public sector bid writing, as well as experience working business to business.
