“Only ever Leaders”
Aspen People Ltd is a specialist sector executive search organisation, working in partnership with clients to attract and secure exceptional leadership talent. We source high quality candidates for Board level, leadership, and management roles on a permanent and interim basis. Our six specialist sectors include Third Sector / Not for Profit, Higher Education & Further Education, Scottish Government, Local Government, Housing, and Health & Social Care. We can evidence a genuine depth of knowledge and expertise along with our vast track record of success.
As the country slowly recovers from the pandemic, we are experiencing unprecedented growth across the business and we now wish to add a Talent Partner to our consultancy team, who will work alongside our Consultants identifying suitable candidates to fulfil senior appointments across the sectors, on both interim and permanent basis. We work in an honest and fully transparent partnership way, taking time to understand our clients challenges and the unique culture within their organisations. No cold calling or sales calls are required as part of this role, as we work on a relationship basis with our clients and candidates.
Alongside our rigorous selection process and carefully maintained network of candidates, these factors give us a competitive edge and enable us to source the right candidates, for the right roles, at the right time. We are developing a hybrid working model for the future, with a mix of home and office working, however initially it will be vital to spend time working alongside our small team in Glasgow to get under the skin of our business and values and understand what makes Aspen People different in the sector.
You may have some experience within the recruitment sector or wish to develop a career within a values led recruitment business. Above all, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and display an intellectual capacity to grow within our team. You will have a confident and outgoing approach and have the ability to communicate with senior executives on a daily basis.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a market leading, values led, organisation where we work collegiately across the business and where we value our people and have developed a culture of support and respect. Full training and development will be provided as part of the role.
