Salary: £67,000
Nine-month fixed term contract (with possibility of extension)
 
Crown Estate Scotland is recruiting for a Senior HR Manager for a nine month maternity cover.  This role is based in our central Edinburgh office.

About You
 
The successful applicant will have responsibility for overseeing delivery of a full range of HR activity across the business including workforce planning, reward, L&D, performance management, employee relations and health and wellbeing. This role also has responsibility for managing all pay-related activity including our outsourced payroll service, oversight of the pay and conditions framework and managing pay negotiations with the recognised trade union.
 
This role provides HR leadership across the organisation, leading on HR-related change projects and providing advice and guidance to the business on all people-related statutory and HR duties. The role holder works closely with the CEO and leadership team.
 
The successful candidate will be a credible HR expert with demonstrable ability to build relationships at all levels. As part of a small HR team, you will be expected to provide strategic oversight of the HR function while also supporting operational delivery.
 
This is an exciting opportunity for an applicant to contribute to the ongoing success and development of a public corporation that is expanding in terms of headcount (currently 52), remit and ambition.
