Ceteris are seeking a proactive leader with commitment and a vision to deliver substantial economic benefit to Clackmannanshire. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills for use both within the company and working with partners to support the delivery of Clackmannanshire’s regeneration goals.
In the post Covid world, the Managing Director will oversee all operations, facilitate the development and ensure the effective implementation of the Ceteris Business Plan and the continued development of the profit generating activities of Ceteris. Key responsibilities will include:
Leadership include facilitating organisational change and improvement
Overall management of the company, staff and associated contractors/consultants.
Identifying and ensuring the implementation of new projects
Developing and maintaining key internal and external relationships
Representing Ceteris to organisations and the general public
The successful candidate should have a track record in management and a commercial background to ensure the continued sustainable operation of this high performing organisation. You should have experience in change management, excellent communications and team building skills and a clear understanding of economic development and regeneration.
