We are working with a growing Social Housing Contractor who are seeking an M&E PM to join their team, to initially oversee a £20 million project dealing with refurbishment and replacement of M&E in major high rise buildings
This senior position will involve taking management of a team delivering replacement district heating pumps, sprinklers, fire & smoke suppression, alarms and fresh and wastewater infrastructure in these tower buildings.
The company is renowned for forward-thinking, delivering quality and a high standard of customer service, so are looking for a highly competent and experienced M&E Project Manager to lead the team.
To be considered candidates must have significant exposure to mechanical refurbishment, ideally working for a specific M&E contractor or social housing contractor undertaking M&E refurb. They will be qualified in a relevant project management qualification, such as Prince 2 or equivalent, will have a positive management style and be capable of being hands-on when needed.
