Lead Officer - Projects
The Lead Officer – Projects will lead on the planning, design and delivery of commercial build projects and enabling roads infrastructure within the Aerospace & Space Programme of the Ayrshire Growth Deal. This will include the following activities:
- Market analysis
- Land assembly
- Commercial/Industrial space development
- Finance and project management
- Management of development agreements
- Engage and oversee multi organisation/service project teams
- Procure and manage consultants as and when required to support the development and implementation of projects
This is a key role within the Council’s Economy & Regeneration Team and will work with the Council’s partners and stakeholders to deliver the £80 million Ayrshire Growth Deal Aerospace and Space Programme facilitating the creation of 4,000 jobs; as well as ensuring the delivery of the Council’s Strategic Economic Plan: Vision 2030.
