Investment Director - Partick Housing Association

£62,109 + pension | Glasgow
 

Based in Glasgow’s vibrant West End, Partick Housing Association is financially sound, has a strong reputation and is consistently one of Scotland’s best performing housing associations.

We are searching for an Investment Director to join our Leadership Team and work with our Board.  As a motivated professional with strong project management skills, you will lead our Investment Team and provide informed direction on new housing supply, asset management and procurement.

We have a clear vision, values and business strategy, which includes investing significantly in our existing housing stock as well as delivering an ambitious programme of new housing supply to meet local housing needs.

You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and professional skills and be a team player with a positive attitude and clear customer focus.  You will have a track record in leading and motivating people, delivering change and relevant experience in the areas of new housing supply, asset management, project management and partnership working.
