Viewpoint are looking to appoint an Interim Director of Asset Management who can lead the asset management and investment functions whilst contributing to the leadership of the organisation as a member of the Executive team.
This post will hold responsibility for the development and implementation of a new Asset Management and Investment Strategy, the post holder will also be tasked with developing a new build strategy for Viewpoint. The Interim Director will lead the team to deliver effective and efficient services including repairs, planned and cyclical works, capital works and of course development whilst maintaining a customer focused approach.
Reporting to the CEO, the Director will be accountable for ensuring that VHA’s 1,340 properties in Edinburgh, Lothians and Fife comply with all regulatory, building, legal and good practice requirements and standards, together with ensuring that the organisation meets all its landlord health and safety requirements (for our customers, residents and tenants) across Viewpoint as a whole
Candidates must have relevant experience of leading teams and developing asset management strategies within a social landlord setting.
