Cadder Housing Association

Housing Manager

£47,832 - £50,998

Glasgow

“New beginnings”

Cadder Housing Association is a registered social landlord based in Glasgow which owns and maintains 694 homes for affordable rent and provides factoring services to 408 private homeowners. Established in 1993 the organisation is a community anchor for the people of Cadder within Glasgow.

The Association is on a journey of significant change and has recently undertaken a substantial restructure and full organisational review to ensure it is fit for purpose. The staff team and board have invested their time and efforts into strengthening and improving services and internal operations to ensure Cadder retains its independence and its position as a key pillar of the local community.

Cadder is now looking to recruit a new Housing Manager to join the senior management team. The new Housing Manager will lead the housing team to deliver professional, customer focussed housing and welfare services. The postholder will engage with customers and communities, ensuring all services continuously improve and adapt to customer needs and community challenges. The Housing Manager will provide key information and insight to the management committee and contribute to various regeneration strategies. This post also holds responsibility for Cadder’s factoring service and its customers.

As part of the SMT this post will contribute to the operational and strategic direction of the Association and collaborate with other SMT members to improve the organisation and its services.

We seek a highly effective, customer focussed housing professional with a track record in leading high quality housing services and teams.
