Head of Operations
Location: Glasgow or Flexible
Salary: £60,000 plus £5k car allowance

We are now searching for a Head of Operations, who will be responsible for the operational performance of all services across Scotland. The position will lead the regional teams to ensure achievement of the regional objectives, delivering against contractual requirements and strategic objectives, in budget and within all quality, legal and regulatory compliance standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting strategic activity, providing key operational insights and to champion the needs of people support in the implementation of business strategy to achieve the regional aims and goals.
- Developing and establishing key relationships, to maintain existing business and to commission a diverse range of new services and exploit sustainable organic growth where appropriate.
- To champion change, effective communication and continuous improvement to ensure the achievement of high standard service delivery.
- Representing Community Integrated Care at local and regional levels, promoting the profile and positive image of the charity.
The successful individual will have experience operating at a senior, strategic level. You will be an ambitious individual who is people focused, with strong leadership capabilities. You will have knowledge of the care sector and an understanding of risk management and quality assurance systems and processes. The role can be based in our offices in Glasgow or flexibly, with travel when required.
