The College is looking to appoint a new Head of ICT and Digital transformation to their senior team. This role will lead the digital transformation of the college and its services, the ambition is to create a greater offering to members on an international scale through digital access and modernise services. This role will be key in ensuring the continued excellence and growth of the college.
The job holder must be up to date with evolving threats, protections and technology. They will work well with non-technical staff to motivate and problem solve and they will lead the organisation towards best practices and create a culture of digital security. They will be instrumental in developing the ICT strategies of the organisation and will lead the implementation of the Digital Transformation of the College.
The ideal candidate will have a track record in leading ICT/Digital teams at a senior level and have a depth of experience in managing projects. The new leader will be a driver of innovation and improvement.
