We are looking for a new Head of Fundraising Development to create and deliver a Fundraising strategy that maximises income generation for Quarriers. The role will manage a team of 5 employees and operate across Individual Giving, Community and Events, Corporate Development, Major Gift Fundraising, High Value donors and Legacies. Key responsibilities of the role –
  • Ensure effective operation and development of the donor database, supporting the wider department to improve the effectiveness of fundraising
  • Establish and manage relationships with external agencies
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities and understand trends to ensure planning for acquisition and contingency planning
  • Analyse performance trends and investigate future income drivers to inform the long- term strategic direction
  • Work in partnership with other senior staff to deliver an integrated approach to meet business objectives
 
We are looking for an individual who can inspire, lead and motivate the team on a day-to-day basis. You must have a track record in Fundraising, having operated at a Senior level. The successful candidate must be a proactive individual, with strong stakeholder management skills and a wide knowledge and experience of donor acquisition, development techniques and donor stewardship.
 
Employees are currently working from home. Some flexibility will remain when the offices re-open.
