Tama Group; a global market-leading manufacturer and distributor of crop baling solutions are recruiting an Executive Support to the Commercial Sales Team, based near Andover, Hants.

Tama Group are seeking an outstanding, experienced Executive Assistant to support three busy senior executives (two of whom are based in the UK – one in the EU). This central, pivotal role takes full and proactive ownership of planning, coordinating, and reviewing diary and travel arrangements whilst providing exceptional communications and administrative support both internally and externally, working closely with Tama’s Head Quarters and other regional teams.

The ideal candidate is a pro-active, highly organised individual with an eye for the smallest detail and a desire to make a difference. You will have had at least 5 years’ experience at executive PA level to senior board level management.  The ability to remain calm under pressure and to effectively prioritise a variety of conflicting tasks whilst retaining a sense of humour is vital!

We are looking for a strong team player, who can work collaboratively across a multi-cultural organisation; providing focused and effective support to some of Tama’s key executives. Your communication skills should be exemplary, both verbally and in writing. IT level should be highly proficient.

Our Global Sales Director is looking for a confident, personable and consummate professional; who can gasp complex tasks quickly and enjoys making things happen. As he and his team work across multiple time zones, experience of this is desirable.
