TAMA Group; a global market-leading manufacturer and distributor of crop baling solutions are recruiting a full time Executive Assistant to support the Tama European Distribution (TED) Management team, based near Andover, Hants.

TAMA Group are seeking an exceptional, experienced Executive Assistant to support the busy European Management Team. With full responsibility for all diary, travel, event, office management and administrative tasks, this role supports 8 busy senior managers (6 of whom are based in the UK, 2 in EU).   

This position will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and reviewing diary, travel and event arrangements for the European Team, working closely with Tama’s Head Quarters and other regional teams.  

The ideal recruit would be a pro-active and highly organised individual with at least five years’ experience at executive PA level to senior management.  The ability to remain calm under pressure and to effectively prioritise a variety of conflicting tasks is crucial. As is demonstrating the highest attention to even the smallest of details and providing focused and effective communications for the TAMA European team.  We are looking for a strong team player who can work across the organisation, with outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing. IT level should be highly proficient.
