Can you make a difference every day?

CEO

Osprey Group

Aberdeenshire

Circa £90,000

Osprey Housing is a social housing organisation committed to the mission of providing high quality affordable housing and services to the people in the communities they serve throughout Aberdeenshire, Moray and the City of Aberdeen. We own and manage over 1,600 homes for social rent, providing stable and sustainable tenancies to a wide range of tenants. We also provide key support services to help our tenants and communities succeed.

The Group consists of the parent housing association and our subsidiary – Osprey Initiatives which operates as a commercial entity providing homes for mid-market rent.

We have been on a journey of modernisation and evolution, investing heavily in technology, digital services, and our people, to establish our position as one of the leading housing organisations in the northeast of Scotland. We have ambitions for growth; our vision, to make a difference every day, is fully embraced by our team who are empowered to ensure the customer is always our focus.

We are now looking to appoint a new CEO who will take us into the future, ensuring our journey of improvement and innovation continues whilst leading the senior leadership team in the development and delivery of the Strategic Business Plan and objectives. The new CEO will realise the Board’s vision and ensure all staff and services embrace the customer first culture.

Our new leader will have extensive senior management experience of leading successful change within a Registered Social Landlord or housing related organisation, with an excellent track record of delivering innovative, customer focused services. Experience of leading on strategy development and implementation will be crucial as will a strong knowledge and understanding of compliance and governance standards. Promoting Osprey Housing and increasing our sphere of influence both locally and nationally will also be expected.
