Clyde Valley Group is recruiting a new Asset Manager to join our highly dedicated team and help us meet the needs of our growing and successful business.
 
In September 2020 we launched our new 5-year Corporate Strategy along with supporting case studies and short films featuring staff, customers and community partners.  We’re confident we know what our customers need us to do and what challenges and opportunities lie ahead.

Our Asset Manager will need to be customer focused and highly motivated to deliver excellence and business improvement. You will be able to challenge the status quo and focus on solutions.  Most of all you will care and want to make a difference to people’s lives.      
 
You must have experience in the procurement and delivery of capital, planned and cyclical investment programmes, ideally in housing. Our annual programme is around £20m over the next 5 years. We’re seeking someone with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
